DOING BUSINESS DIFFERENTLY

Farm to Fermented foods is our mantra. We are able to reduce our food miles by working closely with our local farmers. We use small scale fermentation hubs in Oregon and California to support the health and vitality of our local communities.

Building food hubs in this way enables us to ferment fresher foods, and limit our use of long distance refrigerated shipping, all while strengthening the connection between the farmers, fermentors, and food-eaters.
